We are collecting email addresses and names only with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application. B. Braun is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9.  Storage period

 

Your data will only be saved as long as necessary for certain purposes by B. Braun.  Accordingly, your data will be deleted by the B. Braun Melsungen AG if:

  • The appropriate legal basis does not exist anymore for the reduction of your data
  • The purpose for the reduction of your data does not exist anymore
  • You withdraw your consent to the reduction of your data
  • A legal obligation creates the necessity for the deletion

 Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties (outside of B. Braun Melsungen AG) unless you gave us an appropriate consent before. Thereof, excluded is the transfer to service partners such as parcel services or forwarding departments insofar the transfer is necessary for the order processing or delivery of goods.

The logistic service providers receive the data necessary for the delivery for the self dependent use. In doing so, we restrict ourselves to the transfer of data necessary for the delivery.

Furthermore, other service providers act for the contract initiation and the contract transaction, e. g. IT service provider or host service provider for the website. These corporations act for B. Braun Melsungen AG in the framework of a so called order reduction and can only use the data after our instruction.

Contractual, B. Braun Melsungen AG has bound these service providers to the German data protection level and supervises them.

On this website Matomo Webanalytics, a web analytics service of InnoCraft Ltd. (“Matomo”), is used on this website. Matomo uses cookies. If the information generated by the cookie about the use of the website is transmitted to us, the settings ensure that the IP address is made anonymous before geolocation and replaced by a generic IP address before being saved.
