We choose our partners carefully and provide a high standard of quality products. All processes from our partners are validated by a comprehensive quality management system with international standards (DIN EN ISO 13485, DIN EN ISO 9001) and the European Medical Device Directive. 

All offered products are CE approved and MDR-ready. For international requests we will choose the appropriate manufacturer matching your local requirements.

If you compile your own quotation via the SourceTank website, you will receive your quotation immediately.
If you upload an Excel file, our support team will contact you as soon as possible. In average you will receive your quotation within 3-5 days.

For items available on stock we have an average delivery time of one week. 

Yes, samples are available. To get an impression of the instrument before ordering we offer special conditions for samples.

We guarantee that our goods are free from defects in workmanship and material if used for their intended purpose. For any material defects and complaints, not caused by fair wear and tear, we will of course take care of the exchange or replacement of the ordered article and take over the complete communication with the manufacturer.

We offer different terms of payment based on purchase order volume and customer relationship duration. Payment in advance or 30 days net upon invoice date.

We calculate our prices tightly so that there are no discounts in principle. However, depending on the size of your project, it is possible to request an individual discount.

We are working towards having the documentation available directly on the SourceTank website. However, this is not yet possible. Please contact our support team to receive the documentation you need.
